Meat-Smokers
There is no way to duplicate the flavor that meats have when they are smoked naturally. We take great pride in the role we play in the meat-smoking industry. We provide our customers with affordably-priced hardwood chips to give their customers the best-tasting meats they can buy.
Our smoking products are designed to work in all brands of smoke generators. Alkar, Fessman, Germos, Kartridge Pak, KSI, Maurer, Mapaco, and Schroeder are just some of the major brands that work well with our products.
Maple Golden Chip
The start with sawn boards of pure Hard Rock Maple, running them through our specialized chippers. The chips are then passed through an airlock, then into a 3-phase, 75 foot pass rotary dryer until the moisture content reaches a closely regulated 13% (+/-2% variance). Next, the product is screened, aspirated and bagged per the smoke generator’s manufacturing specifications. Finally, we package the product in 40 lb. bags (+/- 4 lbs.). The mesh size of this product is between 4-16 mm.
Hickory Golden Chip
Starting with sawn boards of pure Hickory, we run them through our specialized chippers. We send the chips through an air lock and into a 3-phase, 75 foot pass rotary drum reducing the moisture content to a closely regulated 13% (+/-2% variance). The product is then screened, aspirated and bagged per the smoke generator’s manufacturing specifications. The product is bagged in 40 lb. bags (+/- 4 lbs.). The mesh size of this product is between 4-16 mm.
Hardwood Cubecut
HARDWOOD CUBECUT
This meat-smoking product starts with only 100% hardwood chips that are run through a precision process that gives it a unique cut shape. It is virtually free of all softwoods, shavings, slivers, excessive dust and foreign matters. It is screened, processed and dried down to 10% moisture (+/-2% variance). The mesh size of this product is between 8-20 mesh.
Coarse Hardwood Cubecut
COARSE HARDWOOD CUBECUT
This meat-smoking product is made from 100% hardwood chips that are through a precision process which creates a unique cube shape. It is virtually free of all softwoods, shavings, slivers, excessive dust and foreign matters. It is screened, processed and dried down to 10% moisture (+/-2% variance). The mesh size of this product is between 4-8 mesh. This chip is larger than our regular Harwood Cubecut.
